Working closely with coffee shops, barbers, and clinics, we noticed a recurring theme. Business owners were doing an amazing job serving their active customers, but they had absolutely zero visibility into the customers they were slowly losing.
We decided to build ExitCheck to level the playing field. By applying machine learning to simple transaction data, we can accurately predict when a customer's behavior shifts, indicating they might be leaving.
Today, ExitCheck acts as an automated safety net for hundreds of local businesses, ensuring no customer falls through the cracks and every relationship is nurtured.
